If an item is a metal, it shall be described with the Carat etc.
Any reference to precious stones such as Diamonds, Rhinestones, Pearls etc are used as a description and are synthetic unless stated otherwise.
Some wooden roses may have splits in timber and this is a natural feature of wooden roses and does not warrant a refund.

Should you require a backorder and items are not available from manufacturer a refund shall be issued on backordered items only.
Backorder items may take 45 days to arrive and is subject to production by our manufacturer.
